Which hair types are Jaxxi products suitable for?

All Jaxxi products are carefully crafted to be suitable for all hair types, Each product is formulated with this in mind, and Full ingredient lists are on the back of each bottle.


What if a Jaxxi product doesn’t work for me?

Please include your order number within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you out as soon as possible.


Shipping:


How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed daily Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. During high order volume periods, please allow up to 4-5 business days for orders to be processed before shipping.  


You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier. 

 

Returns and refunds:


What is your return policy?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. 

Please include your order number. Note: original shipping charges are non -non-refundable


Eligibility for returns:

  • Timeframe: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase
  • Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging. We can not accept returns that have been opened or used unless the product is defective or broken. *please provide picture proof*
  • Wrong scent received: if we accidentally scent you the wrong scent, please reach out here with your order number.


Can I cancel or change an order?

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders right away, so we aren’t able to accommodate most changes. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us immediately with your order details. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made once the order has been placed. *Please note that we are not responsible for address errors or delays once your package has left our facility.  


Refund process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you on the status of your refund.

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.


Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your product for a different scent or size, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. *Exchange requests are subject to product availability*
